Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 support
The HostFront Legacy Integrator released with HostFront 5.0 supports Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. All the features work the same way as with Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 .NET except for web projects because of the different structure between the two development environments.
In Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, you start a web project that is independent from the programming language and then you start adding items to the project and define the language then. To provide the proper functionality in this situation, HFLI provides on additional button on its toolbar when it detects a web project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. This button allows you to select the language of the generated code (C# or VB.NET). Use this button to define the language you would like to use in the generated code an then save the project to generate the code.
