Receiving data files from the host system
1. Right-click the data file located on the iSeries host (right-hand window) that you want to download.
The Receive File pop-up menu displays.
2. Select iSeries File Transfer from the pop-up menu. The iSeries File Transfer menu displays.
Or, from the BlueZone Secure FTP menu bar, click Transfer Receive iSeries File Transfer.

3. In the Library field, type the name of the library you want to send the file from if you are not in the correct library now.
4. In the iSeries File field, type the name of the iSeries file you want to receive if the correct file is not being displayed now.
5. In the FFD Library field, type the name of the library where the File Field Description (FFD) file is located if you are not in the correct library now.
6. In the FFD field, type the name of the File Field Description (FFD) file to be generated on the iSeries host. This file has specific data about the types of fields in the file.
7. In the PC Filename field, type the PC file name of the file you want to receive if the correct file is not being displayed now.
8. From the PC File Type drop-down menu, select the PC file type you want to receive it as:
•  Excel Spreadsheet (.XLS)
•  Comma Delimited (.CSV)
•  Tab Delimited (.TXT)
9. Check whether or not you want to delete the FFD after the transfer completes.
10. Click OK.
BlueZone Secure FTP displays a transfer status dialog showing the file transfer progress. To cancel a file transfer in progress, click Cancel.
After the file download is complete, the appropriate application automatically launches and displays the data.
