This feature allows you to generate a PDF from the print job instead of sending it to a printer. This feature requires you
to install an additional software.
To enable this feature, click on the Session Properties button on the toolbar then click on the Printer Setup tab. If you do not have the PDF Creator software installed, click Download PDF Creator. This button downloads the software from the server. Follow the setup instructions.
If you are using the ThinClient and could not download the software, contact your administrator.
In the installation steps, please keep the default option. At the end of the installation, you will have to restart your computer.
After you have installed the PDF Creator software, you will see a check box named Print to PDF File. If you want to print to PDF files, just check this option and on the next print job you will be prompted to save the resulting
file where you need it.
