Modifying general properties

Click the General tab to configure settings for auto sign on, auto start macro and the display of the Print dialog box.

In the Auto Sign on panel, select:

•

Auto Sign On to automatically sign on to the Cluster using a UserID/Password account type. Type your user name and password in the given fields.

•

Windows Domain Auto Sign on to automatically sign on to the Cluster using your Windows Domain account.

To have a macro starting automatically after signing on, select one from the list in the Start up Macro panel. To remove a previously selected macro, select None from the list.

In the Print Screen section, you can select one of the following options from the list:

Don't show print dialog box: when you click on the Print Screen button on the toolbar, the printing will go directly to the printer without prompting for any options.

•

Show Print Setup dialog box: when you click on the Print Screen button on the toolbar, you will be prompted with the Print setup dialog box where you can change the paper size and orientation.

•

Show Print dialog box: when you click on the Print Screen button on the toolbar, you will be prompted with the Print dialog box where you can change the number of copies you want to print.

•

Select the Print UserID in Footer option to print the user's name in the footer of printed pages for easy identification at the printer.
