Resetting a user password
If a user forgets his/her password, the administrator will have to reset it for them.
Use one of the following options to reset a user's password:
| • | Open the User properties dialog box and retype a new password. |
| • | Right-click on the user's name in the right pane and select Reset password.
 This option is made available for Manager level administrators (see Working with Security for more information) to allow them
to perform this commonly used task without having to open the User Properties dialog box.
