If a user forgets their password, the administrator must reset it for them.
Use one of the following options to reset a user's password:

Open the User Properties window and retype a new password. |

Right-click on the user's name in the right pane and select Reset password. This option is made available for Manager level administrators (see Working with Security for more information) to allow them
to perform this commonly used task without having to open the User Properties window.

The Reset User Password window opens.

The User name field is already defined with the selected user’s name. |

In the Password field, type a new password. |

3. |
In the Confirm password field, retype the password. |
