The trace feature allows the BlueZone Customer Care personnel to locate communications errors between the server and the host as well as between the server and the emulation client. This tracing feature allows the recording of the raw and unformatted data stream between the client, server, and the host for debugging purposes. The data stream is saved to a .bin file that can be sent to BlueZone Customer Care for analysis.
