BlueZone session does not launch
Symptoms
: When launching the HLLAPI application, the BlueZone session does not automatically launch.
Causes
:
•
The
GLOBAL.INI
file does not exist.
•
The
GLOBAL.INI
file exists, but is placed in the wrong location.
•
The
GLOBAL.INI
file exists, but the format is incorrect.
•
The
GLOBAL.INI
file exists, but the name of the BlueZone session does not exist.
