Recording macros
BlueZone users can record mouse and keyboard events and save the results to a disk file for later playback. These playback files can then perform complicated tasks like; log in procedures, files transfers, or even assist in data input. The operation of recording mouse and keyboard events is called recording a macro.
To record a macro:
1. From the BlueZone menu bar, click Macro Record. If you are using BlueZone’s default settings, the Display Session enlarges to occupy the entire screen and the Record Macro Common File dialog opens.
2. Type a file name to save the Macro to and click Save.
3. Once a file name is entered BlueZone is in the record mode. Begin recording the macro now.
To pause a macro recording:
1. From the BlueZone menu bar, click Macro Pause.
2. To resume the macro recording, click Macro Pause again.
To stop recording the macro:
From the BlueZone menu bar, click Macro Stop. If you are using BlueZone’s default settings, the Display Session returns to its original size.
