If you are creating a power pad that contains buttons which are mapped to standard BlueZone menu bar items, you can select
to auto-load the corresponding standard BlueZone toolbar icon onto the power pad button.
This very powerful feature allows you to create a custom floating or docked BlueZone toolbar that contains a combination of
custom buttons with text and or custom images, along with standard BlueZone toolbar icons.
1. |
Create or edit an existing power pad that has at least one button. Start with a fairly large button. You can adjust the size smaller later.
2. |
Double-click the button. The Button properties dialog opens.
3. |
Enable the Bitmap Button check box. The Label editbox changes to Image Filename editbox.
4. |
Leave the Image Filename editbox blank. Do not browse to an image file name. |
6. |
In Emulation Type, change to your desired emulation type if necessary. |
7. |
In Action Type, select Menu Hotkey. |
8. |
In Menu Commands, select the desired menu command. |
9. |
Click OK. The corresponding BlueZone toolbar icon is auto-loaded onto the power pad button.
10. |
You can now adjust the size of the button to fit the image. |
Note
BlueZone supports four sizes of toolbar icons: 16 x 16, 24 x 24, 32 x 32, and 48 x 48 pixels. The current size of the BlueZone
toolbar determines the size of the icon that appears on the power pad button.
