Locking BlueZone FTP Features: Click here to learn more about this feature
The BlueZone Administrator has the ability to lock certain BlueZone Secure FTP commands and features. The lockable commands and features are listed in the Wizard's FTP Locks dialog as shown below.
FTP Command Lock - When an end user attempts to access an "FTP Command" that is locked, they will receive a message that this particular FTP command is not allowed.
FTP Feature Lock - When a BlueZone Secure FTP feature is locked, the end user will still be able to view the locked dialog, but will find that the dialog's OK button is grayed out, thus preventing the end user from making any changes to that particular dialog.
It is important to note that the BlueZone Secure FTP client can inherit the lock status of certain BlueZone emulator features.

any reason, using the Inherit feature is too restrictive, you can choose
to configure BlueZone Secure FTP features on a more granular basis. To

Configuration Method: Web-to-Host Wizard
Feature Scope: Launch Folder Level Feature
Launch the Web-to-Host Wizard.
Navigate to the desired Site.
Select an existing Launch Folder.
Click the Next button two times to bring up the Advanced Settings page.
Click the FTP Locks button. The Advanced Settings : FTP Locks page will be displayed as shown here:
Choose the settings that you wish to lock by placing a check in the checkbox.
Click the OK button.
By default, BlueZone Secure FTP does not inherit any of the BlueZone Emulator Lock Settings. As an option, BlueZone Secure FTP can inherit certain lock settings that it has in common with BlueZone.
If you want BlueZone FTP to inherit the lock settings of BlueZone, simply enable the Inherit BlueZone Menu Locks checkbox. When this checkbox is checked, any locks set in the Advanced Settings : GUI Locks panel that BlueZone and BlueZone Secure FTP have in common, will be locked.
These common settings are:
ToolBar Lock
File Lock
Session Lock
License Lock
