License Manager Reports
BlueZone License Manager has a built-in report called the Current License Report. The purpose of this report is to provide a "snapshot" of the current status of your licenses.
To access this report, select Report from the MenuBar.
For example, if you are not using the Group feature, your report might look something like this:
Where the first number represents the Current Number of licenses checked out.
The second number represents the Highest Number of licenses checked out since the service was last started.
The third number represents the License Limit.
If you are using the Group feature, the snapshot will be broken down by Group.
For example, this concurrent license has been broken down into four groups with the balance of the licenses left unassigned.
This snapshot shows the Current Number of licenses for each group, followed by the Highest Number of licenses used by each group since the service was last started, followed by the License Limit of each group. The sum of the License Limits of all groups will equal the total Concurrent User License. In the above example, the total is 5000.
There is a handy Copy to Clipboard button that can be used to record your snapshots for analysis purposes. You could for example copy to clipboard and paste the results into an Excel spreadsheet.
