How To Launch All Sessions at the Same Time

If you want to launch all BlueZone sessions at the same time, you have to turn off the Launch Pad feature.

The Launch Pad feature is designed primarily for those Customers who have complex multiple session and or multiple host environments, and they want to provide their End Users with an organized presentation of those sessions and hosts.

If you feel that you don't need the benefit of the Launch Pad, you can turn off the Launch Pad so that it does not appear on the Launch Page.

Configuration Method: Web-to-Host Wizard

Feature Scope: Launch Folder Level Feature

NOTE  This feature is available only when you are using the Web-to-Host mode to launch your sessions.

Procedure

  1. Start the Web-to-Host Wizard.

  2. Navigate to the desired Site and Launch Folder.

  3. Click the Next button to display the Sessions configured for this Launch Folder.

  4. Click the Next button to reach the Advanced Settings page.

  5. Click the Web-to-Host button.  The Advanced Settings : Web-to-Host  page will be displayed.

  6. Select the Launch All Sessions at Once radio button, as shown here:

    1. Click the OK button to return to the Advanced Settings page.

From now on, when this Launch Folder is accessed, the Launch Pad will no longer be displayed and all configured Sessions will be launched simultaneously.

TIP  Since you are no longer using the Launch Pad, you may also want to close the Launch Page automatically after the BlueZone sessions are launched.  This is accomplished by checking the Automatically close browser window after session launch? checkbox.
