How to Customize the BlueZone Tech Support Message

It is possible to create a custom Technical Support message that will be displayed to your End Users when they click on the Help:Technical Support link on the BlueZone MenuBar.

When To Use This Feature

Use this feature when you would prefer that your End Users contact your Help Desk as opposed to calling directly to the BlueZone Customer Care department.

Configuration Method: Web-to-Host Wizard

Feature Scope: Launch Folder Level Feature


To change the message, simply replace the existing text with the desired text.

Procedure

  1. Launch the Web-to-Host Wizard.

  2. Navigate to the desired Site and Launch Folder.

  3. Click the Next button two times to bring up the Advanced Settings page.

  4. Click the Support Message button.  The Advanced Settings : Tech Support page will be displayed as shown here:

  1. Enter your new message by deleting the current message.  

  2. Click the OK button.

TIP  If your message is short, leaving blank lines is a way to distribute the text evenly in the Technical Support dialog that will be displayed on the End User's machine.
