How to Automatically Close the Browser Window After Session Launch

The purpose of this feature is to automatically close down the Launch Page once your Session or Sessions have been launched.

TIP If you are launching only one session, and you are not using the Launch Pad feature.  You may want to automatically close the End User's browser window immediately after the session launches.

However, you can still use this feature even if you are launching multiple sessions.

Configuration Method: Web-to-Host Wizard

Feature Scope: Launch Folder Level Feature

Procedure

  1. Start the Web-to-Host Wizard.

  2. Choose the desired Site and click the Next button.

  3. Choose the desired Launch Folder and click the Next button.

  4. On the Sessions page, check the Launch All Sessions at Once checkbox.

  5. Check the Automatically close browser after session launch? checkbox.

  1. Click the Next button two times to display the Test Launch Folders page.

  2. Test the change by clicking the Test BlueZone button.
