Error Messages

The following is a list of BlueZone License Manager error messages:

"No License Manager address configured" - No address configured in the License Manager tab in BlueZone.

"Could not contact License Manager" - Socket failed to connect to the License Manager server.

"Winsock error ( WSAAsyncSelect )" - Winsock error "No response from License Manager" - Sent a request to the License Manager but never received a response.

"Connection to License Manager refused" - License Manager is not listening on that IP address or port, or your IP address is blocked.

"No licenses are currently available for the feature or group requested - Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact the system administrator" - Self explanatory.

"Invalid response received from License Manager. Possible cause could be incorrectly set clocks on the BlueZone License Manager server or this computer" - Self explanatory.

"License Manager revoked your license" - The License Manager Administrator has "buried" your client, or you timed out on the License Manager.

"License Manager is in startup mode. Please wait a couple minutes and try again" - Cant request a new license when License Manager is in Startup Mode.  Old licenses are reclaimed during this time.

"Socket Error: could not create socket" - winsock error "Socket Error: Unable to resolve host address" - DNS error.  The domain name given could not be resolved into an IP address.

"License Manager has terminated the connection. The IP address could be blocked or the License Manager dll version is incompatible with the server" - Self explanatory.

"Winsock error ( Connect Timed Out )" - winsock error "Unknown error" - Self explanatory.
