When to Contact Customer Care

If you are a current BlueZone Maintenance Customer, and have a question about, or problem using BlueZone or any of BlueZone's related products, please contact our Customer Care department.  Concurrent User License holders should first report the problem to their own company help desk for resolution.  The help desk authorized contacts will contact Seagull Software Customer Care if they cannot resolve the problem.
