The BlueZone Display emulator also has the ability to print multiple screens. This is accomplished by choosing File:Print Multiple Screens from the BlueZone MenuBar.
From the BlueZone MenuBar, choose File:Print Multiple Screens. The Print Multiple Screens dialog will display.
Move focus back to the BlueZone Display emulator, and navigate to the first screen that you wish to print.
On the Print
Multiple Screens dialog click the camera icon.
The screen
capture will be added to the Capture
List.
Go back to the BlueZone Display emulator (the emulator will retain focus), and navigate to the next screen you wish to print.
Click the camera icon again. The
screen image will be added to the Capture
List.
Choose whether or not you want the Capture List to Auto-Clear after printing by checking or un-checking the check box.
After you have made all of the desired screen captures, you have several options:
Send the screen capture
to your printer (click the printer icon)
Send the screen capture
to a text file (click the disk icon)
Send the screen capture
to an email with the captured text as the message (click the email icon)
Send the screen capture
to an email with the captured text as an attachment (click the email with
attachment icon)
To delete a screen capture,
highlight the desired screen capture from the list and click the delete
icon.
There are several options associated with this feature. To display the options, click the Options button on the Print Multiple Screens dialog. The Options dialog will be displayed.
Print Options ----
Host Screen Per Page: Set the number of host screen captures you want the printer to print on each page.
Print Setup: Use this button to access the Windows Printer Setup dialog if needed.
Close Options ----
Auto-Close after Printing: If checked, the Print Multiple Screens dialog will automatically close when the screen capture is sent to the printer.
Prompt when Closing: If checked, BlueZone will prompt you before closing the Print Multiple Screens dialog.
Print to File Options ----
Prompt for File Name: If checked, BlueZone will prompt you for the file name to use.
Filename: Use this edit box to store the name of the filename including the path.
Browse: Use the Browse button to browse to an existing file name.
Overwrite File Data: If selected, BlueZone will overwrite the data in the currently specified file in the Filename edit box above.
Append Date to File: If selected, BlueZone will append the screen capture to the data in the currently specified file in the Filename edit box above.
