How to Customize the BlueZone Tech Support Message

It is possible to create a custom Technical Support message that will be displayed to your End Users when they click on the Help:Technical Support link on the BlueZone MenuBar.

When To Use This Feature

Use this feature when you would prefer that your End Users contact your Help Desk as opposed to calling directly to the Seagull Customer Care department.


This is an Advanced Global Level Feature.

To change the message, simply replace the existing text with the desired text.
