This icon is used to "refresh" either the PC or the and Host window. Sometimes when a file is transferred or deleted, the display has to be manually "refreshed" in order for the display to be up to date.
To refresh a window, using your mouse, first make sure you have focus in the window that you want to refresh then click the Refresh icon.
