The Print Setup property page displays the currently configured printer and page settings. These parameters determine what happens when a user invokes BlueZone’s Copy to Printer function under the Edit Menu. This feature is commonly referred to as Print Screen.
To configure the behavior of BlueZone screen printing, go to the BlueZone MenuBar, and select File:Print Setup. The Print Setup property page will display the Printer / Page, Font and Options tabs.

Printer ----
Device Name: Name of the currently selected printer.
Location: Displays the destination port name for print output.
Always use Windows Default Printer on Startup: If checked, BlueZone will automatically use your Windows default printer.
Page ----
Paper Size: Displays the currently configured paper size.
Orientation: Paper orientation currently configured, options include either Portrait or Landscape settings.
Margins: Displays the currently configured paper margins.
Page Setup / Printer Selection: Use this button to change the page and printer settings displayed on this page.
NOTE When
a BlueZone Display session is first invoked it will use the printer and
page settings of the default Windows system printer. To
change any of the configuration items displayed, click the Page
Setup / Printer Selection button at the bottom of the dialog.
The Printer Font property page displays the currently configured printer font. These parameters determine what happens when a user invokes BlueZone’s Copy to Printer function under the Edit Menu.
Font Selection ----
Name: Displays the printer font name.
Style: Shows the currently selected printer font style.
Size: Displays the printer font size.
Change: To change any of the configuration items displayed press the Change button.
Auto-Size Font to Fit the Paper Size: If checked, the font size will be automatically calculated based on the margin settings, paper size, and host screen model type.
The Printer Options property page displays the currently configured printer options. These parameters determine what happens when a user invokes BlueZone’s Copy to Printer function under the Edit Menu.
Page ----
Header: Used to enter a customizable page header that will print at the top of each page.
Append Date and Time to Header: If checked, the current date and time will be printed in the page header.
Number of Copies: Used to set the number of copies to print. This setting will override the print driver setting in Windows but does not effect the way other applications print.
Printer Line Wrap ----
Wrap Text at Right Margin: If checked, any text exceeding the Right Margin of the page will be printed on the following line.
Orientation ----
Auto-Set to Portrait / Landscape Based on Model Type: If checked, the page orientation will be automatically set based on the host screen model type. Models 2, 3, and 4 will be set to Portrait; Models 5 and 3290 will be set to Landscape.
Printer Selection ----
Display Print Dialog before each Print Job: If checked, the standard Windows Print dialog will display before BlueZone sends any print data to the printer. If not checked, BlueZone will send any print data directly to the printer that is currently defined in the Print Setup dialog.
Here are some additional options that can be set.
Passthrough Options ----
Send All Data Directly to Printer: If checked, print data will be sent directly to the printer, by-passing the printer driver.
Send Form Feed after Printing: If checked, a Form Feed will be sent to the printer, after the Copy to Printer operation.
