To reset BlueZone FTP’s user defined configuration items to their default values, from the BlueZone FTP Main Menu select File, New. The following pop-up with appear:
“Any customization made to the configuration settings will be lost. Are you sure you want to load the default configuration settings? Yes/No”
Press the Yes button to default the configuration settings. Please note that this is a global function, ALL user-defined settings will be set to their default values.
For Advanced Users:
Single configuration items can be reset to their default values by deleting their corresponding BlueZone FTP key in the Windows Registry. For example, to reset the Window settings to their default values, delete the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SEAGULL\BlueZone\BlueZone FTP #\Window
